I can help you develop a regular practice which is highly beneficial for both physical and mental well being and especially good at reducing stress levels.

I have a range of classes which offer you the opportunity to deeply relax, recharge and find space and peace.

Connection - weekly - Thursdays 9:30am - 11am

Chi Kung in the park

Chi (energy) kung (work) is an ancient from of Chinese energy work. Its purpose is to promote the flow of chi in the body with gentle movements that open the joints and stimulate the meridian lines. Chi Kung uses simple movements which reflect the seasons and honour our connection with nature.

In keeping with tradition whenever possible this class will be held outdoors. Please dress appropriately, warm layers which can be added or removed especially gloves, hats, scarves. Footwear should be sturdy enough for grass and to keep your feet warm and dry.

Unwind - weekly - Thursdays 7:30pm - 9pm

Yoga and Restorative Yoga to help you relax

Gentle nurturing session which aims to open the body, calm the mind and bring students into connection. A typical class will involve breath exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas), movement (kriays), restorative yoga and meditation. The class will last 1 and 1/2 hours and is tailored to the needs of the group present.

We will be working on the floor sitting and lying so wear loose comfortable clothing. I have yoga mats, pillows, blankets and space to change if you are need it. During relaxation I would advise you to use a eye bag, I have some already but you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer. I also sell eye bags, feel free to ask me for details.

Stillness - weekly - Thursdays 7:30pm - 9pm

Meditation Group

A regular group to come and practice meditation. A typical session will include breath meditations, relaxation and moving mediations. The classes are open and I offer instruction and guidance if you are new to meditation.

Restore - 1st Friday in the Month 7pm - 9pm

Unwind for the weekend with Mediation, Yoga and Restorative Yoga

As the weekly unwind class but we have more time and can go deeper.

- Classes are dependant on numbers to run. I with-hold the right to cancel a class at my discretion. Refunds will be given if i have cancelled the class
- When you pay for a block of classes your place is guaranteed and you will benefit from a discount.
- When you pay for a a block of classes you have paid for those specific weeks and you will not be refunded if you miss one.
- If you chose to pay on the night you will pay the drop in rate and I cannot guarantee you a place.
