Why not relax, unwind, improve your mental and physical wellbeing or find a sense of peace with the MMM holistic sessions. How about pampering yourself with a treatment specially designed to help you feel a quiet sense of serenity.
I offer Traditional Thai Massage(also known as Thai Yoga Massage), India Head massage and Reiki. Alternatively you might prefer to take control of your own wellbeing and learn yoga or meditation. I teach yoga and meditation in both classes and individual sessions.
My holistic practice is based in Teddington and includes individual therapy sessions and classes. I can offer home visits in Teddington and the surrounding areas including (but not limited to) the Hamptons, Kingston, Ham, Richmond, Twichenham, Kew, Feltham, Whitton and Sunbury. I also offer individual therapy sessions from a private sports centre in the West End (closest tube Euston or Warren Street). Please feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements.
